"Two sounds of autumn are unmistakable, the hurrying rustle of crisp leaves blown along the street or road by a gusty wind, and the gabble of a flock of migrating geese. Both are warnings of chill days ahead, fireside and topcoat weather."

  1. I love seeing the autumn leaves. They're mostly red just outside and as I walk along the cul-de-sac, they're nearly all yellow.

    1. I love walking through leaves. Listening to the crunching. But at the same time seeing them makes me sad because I know that autumn is over and nasty ole winter is looming!!
